How Bespoke Ordering Works…

1. LET’S BEGIN

Complete the form above as thoroughly as you can to help me be able to provide you with an accurate quote. Within 2 working days of receiving you email I will reply to further discuss your design ideas and booking, where a quote will then be given for the design and printing of your wedding stationery.

2. DEPOSIT

Once all of the details have been finalised and you are happy, I will book you into my design diary and an invoice for your deposit will be sent out via my Quickbooks account to secure your booking. The deposit will be the price of your quoted design fee, along with the price of any illustrations if you have booked any.

3. DESIGN TIME

Once your deposit has been paid I will begin designing your bespoke wedding stationery! I aim to send your first proofs around 2-3 weeks after receiving your order, so keep an eye on your inbox! If you spot any errors or need any changes, no problem, your order comes with 3 rounds of amendments to we can make sure everything is perfect.

4. LET’S GO TO PRINT

Once you are 100% happy with your designs I will ask you to sign them off for printing. Make sure you check over everything very carefully as once you give the okay to go to print any spelling, grammar or design mistakes can’t be rectified after printing.

I will then send through your remaining balance invoice which must be paid in full before I send everything to be printed. Once your order is signed off it will be sent it to be printed, depending on the job, print timings may vary but prints roughly take around 7-10 days to get back to me.

5. POSTING & PACKAGING

Once I receive your printed order I check all your stationery to make sure everything is perfect and if you have requested any additional finishes I will do these before carefully hand packing your order.

Your order will then either be hand delivered if you are local or posted via Hermes or DPD Courier and I will email you a tracking number so you can watch them travel right to your door!
